Before any of the science fiction fans in Utah ever dreamed of holding their own conventions, there were fan clubs. Some were Star Trek based, some more general science fiction and fantasy. There was a reading club hosted by the Salt Lake Public Library. Brigham Young University hosted several fan clubs, and there were more in the Salt Lake City area.
These pages celebrate those early science fiction fan clubs and their doings.
