Fandom is people. The people who read books, watch movies, make costumes, write songs, and start fan clubs. The people who donate endless hours to running a convention. The writers and artists who donate time and talent. Whether you spend most of your waking time doing something for your fandom, or only spend an hour here or there attending a meeting, watching a television show, or writing fan fiction, you are still a fan. Whether you believe in FIAWOL or FIJAGH, if you’re a fan it doesn’t matter.
